About Us

At Maddox Nutrition LLC, we believe that food is more than just fuel - it’s a good gift to be enjoyed and celebrated. Founded with a deep commitment to whole-person health and clinical excellence, our goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based nutritional care that helps you break free from diet culture and disordered eating. We believe full recovery from an eating disorder is possible and that all bodies, of all shapes and sizes, deserve to be nourished.

We specialize in medical nutrition therapy through individualized nutrition counseling for individuals of all ages and their loved ones. Whether you're recovering from an eating disorder, healing from disordered eating, relearning how to eat after years of going on diet after diet, or navigating a new medical diagnosis, our team is here to support you every step of the way.

We are passionate about offering a Christian faith-based, Christ-centered approach to nutrition counseling when requested by YOU - the client. We believe that salvation is through faith in Jesus Christ’s finished work on the cross and that this freedom is available to all who put their trust in Jesus, the Son of God (John 3:16).

Our Mission

To empower our clients to live free of eating disorders and diet culture through compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care that combines nutrition science truth with God’s Truth for the body and food.

Our Vision

To expand access to gold-standard nutrition support that creates lifelong recovery, health, and hope, knowing that we can help clients make change only because Christ changed everything for us first.
