About Tracy

Tracy Brown is a Somatic Nutrition Therapist, Registered Dietitian, and Attuned Eating Coach who has been in private practice since 2006. She specializes in eating disorder treatment, trauma-informed care, and helping individuals navigate eating concerns, body image struggles, and related health conditions such as hormone imbalance, PCOS, gut health issues, and adrenal fatigue.

Her approach goes beyond food, focusing on nervous system safety and emotional healing so clients can reconnect with their bodies in a grounded and sustainable way.

Tracy also teaches intuitive eating workshops and speaks at universities and organizations across Florida, and she serves as a guest nutrition therapist for the online program Feast while regularly appearing on podcasts discussing intuitive eating, trauma healing, and recovery.
