Nicole is super passionate about helping those who struggle with disordered eating, active eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and she also has a soft spot for athletes as well. She takes a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, and implements psychology-based mindset practices rooted in intuitive eating principles and nutrition science.
